With over twenty-four (24) years’ experience in the Oil & Gas, Power and Energy Sector, Oladipo has been exposed to various processes and projects. His patience, business ethics and conduct has ensured that TND Energy's standards are never compromised. Oladipo is a PMP-certified professional who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington DC USA and several technical and professional certifications in Project Management from the United States, Australia etc. He is accountable for the day-to- day management and control of the company’s operations, including business development, commercial and technical performance.

Olatunde Michael has over forty (40) years of experience in public and private institution administration, having graduated with a degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan, Oyo state Nigeria. He gathered most of his administrative experience in the public sector before moving into the private sector about 18 years ago. He maintains a keen entrepreneurial drive and participates in business growth and new opportunities pursuit for the company. With the interests of new clients at the Centre of all we do at TND Energy, He pursues relationships as appropriate. He prepares tender documents and finalizes them with finance and management input. He oversees all administrative and Government liaisons for TND Energy.

Tokunbo leads the Operations team and provides sound technical oversight functions to ensure that all deliverables comply with corporate and customer technical standards. A graduate of B.Eng. Electrical degree from the University of Ilorin, his job includes understudying the client’s work scope and deploying resources for the work. He ensures projects are delivered within budget, on time and with acceptable quality. His experience in electrical, civil/structural Engineering design and construction covers both offshore and onshore facilities, He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE).

An Economist by training with detailed experience as a business development personnel member with a proven track record in identifying, building and managing long term client relationships. Skilled in sales promotion, customer service, and achieving set objectives on sales and profitability. Mrs. Temilade holds a B.Sc. in Economics, an MBA from Business School Netherlands, and has over 22 years of experience. Her expertise includes identifying new business opportunities, preparing quarterly business reviews, solving business problems, and maintaining strong client relationships. She also oversees the day-to-day HRD needs of TND Energy staff.

Olawepo Jonathan has over fifteen (15) years of diversified Engineering working experience in various locations within the oil and gas, building services and construction sectors. During this period, he has worked at major onshore and offshore facilities. Areas of expertise include, detail engineering designs, procurement support, vendor interface and construction management. He holds a B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and an M.Sc. in the same field from the University of Lagos.

As plant manager, Ademola leads the staff and provides sound oversight functions to ensure that all daily routines comply with corporate and plant technical standards. He graduated from Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba with a B.Sc. degree in Physics and has over ten (10) years’ experience in Facility management. He is known for remaining calm under pressure and resolving customer-related issues effectively.

Adeyemi provides extensive electrical consulting services with expertise in optimizing load balancing and voltage regulation through energy audits and efficiency improvements. He ensures safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while adhering to industry standards. His work has led to significant cost savings and reduced environmental impact.

Sola is an Operations & Maintenance, Project Management Professional with 13+ years of experience. He is PMP-Certified and holds an MBA from the University of Lagos. He is responsible for budget development, cost reduction strategies, and coordinating project teams for optimal output.

Engr. Obed Okoeguale is a seasoned engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in business development and engineering management. He has led operational projects, designed smart metering systems, and delivered innovative power solutions for clients.
